Hello everyone!
Usually I’m on top of meal planning. I have to be. I have an unfortunate pattern of meals when I fail to do that basic task.
The Inevitable Conclusion of Life With No Meal Plans

How about you? Are you a meal planner or a meal pantser?
Updates
I’ve been working on lots of stuff, but this weekend I did much less new writing. Saturday I became engrossed with the mystery, The Guest List by Lucy Foley. It’s one of those books that reminds me of how I felt when I first read Agatha Christie. I won’t lie, the moment a specific fact came up in the text I knew who did it and why, but it was still an enjoyable listen.
Some of you book lovers out there may be thinking, “WHAT? An audiobook? How could you?” To which I defend myself by saying that I spend most of my hours staring at a bright computer screen. These eyes need to rest sometimes and the library has been closed.
The rest of the weekend, when not doing chores, I spent editing and drawing. One thing I got to draw was the main image for Amy’s hilarious Jane Austen-themed Father’s Day piece.
I did some sketches until I finally had a version I was happy with:

Then I moved it onto the screen, focusing on using my lessons about color limitations. Not using the entire rainbow saved me time. Plus I like the result.

You can check out Amy’s piece here!
Thanks for reading!
